Melanesia Lewis, PHR, SHRM-CP, currently serves as a Senior Human Resources Generalist at Mastercam since March 2023. Previously, Melanesia held the position of DE&I Specialist at Ansys from January 2022 to October 2022, and before that, served as a Senior HR Generalist and DE&I Coordinator at AGI (Analytical Graphics, Inc.) from May 2012 to December 2021. Prior roles include HR Generalist positions at Kessler Topaz Meltzer & Check, LLP from January 2008 to August 2011, and in the County of Chester as a Probation Officer from March 1997 to January 2008.
