Kara Chludzinski is an experienced education professional currently serving as the AVP and Director of Education at CNB Bank since January 2021, focusing on the development and implementation of instructional solutions. Prior to this role, Kara worked as the ELA Department Chair at Corry Area High School, where responsibilities included training educators on technology integration and fostering team morale among staff. With a background as a High School English Teacher at Corry Area School District, Kara promoted project-based learning, communicated with students and parents, and created engaging educational materials. Additional experience includes coordinating adult education programs for the Warren Forest Higher Education Council. Kara holds a Master of Education in Curriculum and Instruction and a Bachelor of Education in English Literature and Composition from PennWest Edinboro, along with recent education in banking and finance.
