Michelle Haley serves as the Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer at CNB St Louis Bank, a role held since August 2004. In addition to their banking experience, Michelle is a long-standing member of Glen Echo Country Club, which has been operational since 1901. Previously, Michelle owned and operated Quick Tone Fitness & Weight Management Center from 2007 until its sale in 2014 and managed Haley Incorporated, a real estate investment company, from 1999 to 2004. Early in their career, Michelle contributed as a Banking Consultant at Jefferson Wells USA and worked in corporate risk management at Bank of America. Michelle's foundational experience includes serving as a Certified Compliance Examiner for the FDIC, where responsibilities involved examining financial institutions across the United States. Michelle holds a degree in Accounting, Business, and IT from Central Methodist University, earned between 1987 and 1991.
