William West Courtney is an experienced loan officer and lender at The Conway National Bank since May 2020, with a previous role as a lender trainee at the same institution. William gained leadership experience as a cadet, sergeant, and cadre sergeant at The Citadel, where a Bachelor of Business Administration in Small Business Administration/Management was earned. Additionally, William has completed internships in claims adjusting at Farm Bureau Insurance of South Carolina and in insurance at McGriff Insurance Services, along with early work as a food server and trainer at Rivertown Bistro from 2014 to 2018. Future educational pursuits include the South Carolina Banker School from July 2024 to July 2026.
