Lucas held the position of Director of Operations and Financial Planning and Analysis at A&N Associates, Inc., providing comprehensive oversight of operational functions and consulting support. Additional experience includes roles as a Senior Financial Analyst at One Communications and Tier Technologies, focusing on budget development and financial modeling. Lucas holds a Master of Business Administration in Finance and a Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering from Old Dominion University.
