Kevin O'Connell is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in analytical support and research in military and international security contexts. Currently serving as a Special Advisor to Commander 7th Fleet at CNA Corporation since January 2022, Kevin provides vital analytic support for key fleet priorities. Previous roles include serving as an Analytic Advisor for Carrier Strike Group 2, where Kevin conducted comprehensive analyses in support of integrated air and missile defense, counter-UAS, and command and control within complex combat environments. With a background as a Technical Research Consultant and Project Lead at the Frederick S. Pardee Center for International Futures, Kevin managed research teams focused on open-source intelligence for U.S. intelligence sponsors. Academic credentials include a Master of Arts in International Security and a Bachelor of Arts in History and Geography from University of Denver.
