John Clifford has over 25 years of experience in research and engineering, currently serving as Research Program Director at CNA Corporation since August 1997, with previous roles as Principal Research Scientist, Senior Research Scientist, and Research Analyst. Prior experience includes serving as a Graduate Research and Teaching Associate at The Ohio State University from 1992 to 1997, and working as an Engineering Systems Engineer at EDS from July 1988 to August 1991. Educational credentials include a PhD and MS in Industrial and Systems Engineering from The Ohio State University, a BS in the same field from The Ohio State University, and a Master’s Degree in National Security and Strategic Studies from U.S. Naval War College. Additionally, John Clifford completed further studies at American Public University System from 2012 to 2014.
