Roan McRae has extensive experience in business development and client relations within the environmental and construction sectors. Currently serving as Executive Director of Client Development for the West Region at CMTS LLC, Roan oversees a firm that has managed over $37 billion in construction projects. Previous roles include Director of Business Development at Babcock Laboratories, Executive Director of Sales at TestAmerica, and Vice President of Client Relations at Innovative Construction Solutions, among others. Roan's career spans over three decades, starting as a Field Sampling & Lab Technician at Brown and Caldwell and progressing to leadership positions at several prominent organizations. Roan holds a B.S. in Business Management from the University of Phoenix.
