Matt Casto has a diverse work experience in the financial industry. Matt started their career as an Analyst Intern at Majestic Capital Management, where they researched the top holdings of managers and checked for concentration risk. Following this, they interned as an Operations Intern at First Trust, where they used Bloomberg's AIM service to close out legacy portfolios. In 2017, they joined Vanguard as a Retail Client Associate for a brief period. Since 2017, they have been working at CMT Digital, initially as a Junior Trader and later transitioning to the role of DeFi Trader/Research. Currently, they hold the position of Head of Onchain Execution and Research at CMT Digital.

Matt Casto attended Biola University Crowell School of Business from 2013 to 2017 and obtained a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration with Cum Laude honors. In 2016, they also briefly studied at the University of Roehampton, where they earned an additional Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration.
