Rakesh Nalawade has extensive experience in technical support and customer service, currently serving as a Technical Support Specialist at ConnectWise since February 2017, while also holding the position of Senior Customer Support Engineer at CMS Info Systems Pvt. Ltd. since September 2010, where responsibilities include working as a System Administrator in the IHCL data center. Previously, Rakesh worked as a Senior FMS Engineer, providing desktop and server support, and as an L2 Tech at Zenith Infotech from April 2007 to August 2010, focusing on alert monitoring and client communication. Rakesh completed secondary school education at Vidya Prasakrak Mandal from 1983 to 1993.
