Jason Stephens is an experienced logistics professional with over 25 years in the industry, currently serving as the EMEA Reverse Logistics Manager at CMS Distribution since May 2011. In this role, Jason is responsible for overseeing all EMEA Reverse Logistics Operations for major clients including Apple and Amazon, managing significant throughput. Prior to this position, Jason held the role of Warehouse Operations Manager at CMS Distribution, where key achievements included reducing direct labor costs while maintaining high service levels and enhancing stock accuracy. Jason also gained valuable experience as Logistics Manager at CCI Distribution Ltd and Distribution Manager at JMR Electronics Inc., focusing on warehousing, stock management, and international shipments. Education was completed at Marsh Hill Secondary School between 1980 and 1985.
