Fanny Korman is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in performance improvement, instructional design, and training facilitation. As President of FZK Performance Solutions, LLC since 2001, Fanny has collaborated with clients to enhance employee performance and drive organizational excellence. Fanny has served as a Certified Facilitator at the IATA Training and Development Institute since 2007, providing training and coaching to aviation industry professionals. Additional roles include Associate Consultant at CMOE, Chairperson of the Latina Leadership Network for the Greater Philadelphia Hispanic Chamber of Commerce, and various consulting positions focused on talent development. Fanny's educational background includes a Master's in Educational Technology from Concordia University and an M.Ed in Special Education from Temple University.
