Francesca Leehive has extensive experience in change management, project management, and training within the financial services industry. Currently serving as Head of Change Management at CMG Financial since April 2017, Francesca applies structured methodologies to support project adoption and leads cross-functional project teams. Previous roles include Corporate Credit Project Manager and Senior Technical Writer, wherein project scope and regulatory documentation were key responsibilities. Francesca's earlier career highlights include positions at New Penn Financial, LLC as a Retail Lending Loan Closer, and at PHH Mortgage in various training and supervisory capacities. Francesca holds a B.S. in Business and Marketing Education from Rider University and an A.A. in Business Administration from Camden County College.
