Currently serving as a Manager at Change Management Group since May 2021, Fiona has previously held significant roles including Change Lead at La Perla, where expertise in global IT transformation programs was demonstrated. With a solid foundation in business change management, training program design, and process improvement, Fiona has successfully led various projects for renowned companies such as TK Maxx, Homebase, and Lloyd's Pharmacy.
