Celia Arthur has a diverse work experience in marketing and communications. Celia started her career at L3 Technologies as a Communications Department Senior Co-op from 2001 to 2002. Celia then worked as a Public Relations/Special Events Assistant at Cameron Park Zoological and Botanical Society. Celia joined Signature Hardware in 2008 as a Marketing Manager, where she managed a team of ten and oversaw graphic design work, email campaigns, catalogs, and photography. In 2012, she transitioned to CMC and held various positions. Celia served as a Marketing Manager from 2012 to 2014, where she worked closely with business unit leadership to develop marketing strategies and oversee advertising and promotional activities. Later, she became a Senior Marketing Manager from 2014 to 2021, and Director of Marketing from 2021 to 2024, responsible for coordinating promotional marketing strategy and evaluating market conditions. Currently, she holds the position of Sr. Director of Communications and Enterprise Marketing at CMC, starting in September of 2024.

Celia Arthur earned her Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) degree in Journalism / Public Relations from Baylor University.
