Hugh Pollitt-Smith is an experienced professional with a strong background in computer engineering. At CMC Microsystems since February 1998, Hugh has advanced to the role of Team Leader for IoT and Edge AI, also serving as a Senior Engineer in Systems Design. Additionally, Hugh contributed to the OpenHW Group from May 2020 to October 2023, where responsibilities included serving as Co-Chair of the OpenHW University Outreach Task Group and Chair of the OpenHW HW Task Group. Hugh holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Computer Engineering from the University of Manitoba, earned between 1990 and 1998.
