Patrice Gosselin is a seasoned manager with extensive experience in military simulation and engineering, currently serving as the Manager of Bids and Proposals at CMC Electronics since October 2013. Prior to this role, Gosselin spent nearly three decades at CAE, where responsibilities included managing teams for military hardware engineering, systems engineering, and bid management, contributing to the successful definition and execution of numerous military simulator bids worth over $100M. Gosselin's leadership extended to the development of engineering processes that achieved ISO 9001 re-certification and CMMI level 2 compliance. Academic background includes a Bachelor of Science in Electrical Engineering from Université Laval and graduate studies in Radar Signal Processing.
