Atman Rathod is the current Executive Director at CMARIX TechnoLabs. Atman has over 15 years of experience in the software industry, with a focus on software engineering and project management.

Rathod began their career as a software consultant with BT in November 2006. Atman worked on BT's core engineering team for projects related to optimizing human, technology co-relation leading to increase in overall efficiency of the global stakeholders. Atman's responsibilities included programming applications in Microsoft Technologies, data migration, re-engineering legacy modules with new architecture, cross team collaboration, and leading software engineering team for BA9 Software execution.

In September 2005, Rathod left BT to join Deloitte as a consultant. In this role, they oversaw the entire business operation including team management, online booking life cycle management, customer service management, and technology implementation. Atman was also responsible for ensuring government compliance and employee training.

Rathod has a Master of Business Administration from Middlesex University, where they earned distinction. Atman also has a Bachelor of Engineering in Information Technology from Software Engineering Jobs. Atman is also a Microsoft Certified Professional.

Atman Rathod reports to Chirag Mudsa, CEO. They work with Feni Patel - HR Manager, Kapil Antala - Design Lead, and Jeegnasa Mudsa - Executive Director.
