Zedek Morenu Villarrubia, EIT, CAPM, has extensive experience in construction and project management, currently serving as a construction roof inspector at CMA Architects & Engineers LLC since June 2022. Zedek has held various roles, including construction supervisor and inspector for multiple projects, such as the renovation of Abbvie Pharmaceuticals and the Chemistry building at the University of Puerto Rico at Mayaguez. Previous experience includes project management for the TOTE Terminals Modernization Project and field engineering for the BioSciences Corp-Flamboyan Project. Zedek holds a Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering and Project Management Certification from the University of Puerto Rico-Mayaguez, along with OSHA certifications in industrial and general construction safety.
