Stefan Martens has a diverse work experience spanning various industries and roles. Stefan is currently working as a .NET Senior Software Developer at CM.com since 2022. Prior to this, Stefan worked at Buckaroo from 2015 to 2022, where they started as a .NET Software Developer and eventually became the Technical Lead. At Buckaroo, they were responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining microservices related to payment products. Stefan also played a key role in the team's maturity by improving code standards, testing, and deployment strategies.

Before joining Buckaroo, Stefan worked as a C#.net developer at YoungCapital in 2014 and as an Associate Software Engineer at Infor in 2014. Stefan also had a brief role as a Survey Analyst at Quintiq in 2013. Stefan gained research experience through internships at the University of Amsterdam and the University of Warwick, where they focused on neuroscience and cognitive psychology projects.
