Patrick Mulder has a diverse work experience in various companies and roles. Patrick started their career at VDL Enabling Technologies Group (ETG) in 2015, where they worked as a Purchasing Intern. In 2016, they interned as a Continuous Improvement Intern at both Vanderlande and Omron Industrial Automation Europe. Patrick then joined Inalfa Roof Systems Group in 2017 for a Graduation Internship. In 2020, they worked as an Acceleration Manager at HighTechXL, supporting deep-tech start-ups in the venture building program. Patrick also had a Graduation Internship within the same company. Currently, they are working at CM.com since 2021, where they first served as a Product Owner Channels, responsible for integrating new messaging channels into the Communications Platform. Later, they assumed the role of Product Owner Voice & WebRTC.

Patrick Mulder completed their education history as follows:

From 2013 to 2017, Patrick Mulder attended Avans University of Applied Sciences and obtained a Bachelor of Science degree in Industrial Engineering Management.

Subsequently, from 2018 to 2020, they pursued a Master of Science degree in Innovation Management at Eindhoven University of Technology.

During their master's program, in 2019 and 2020, Patrick also participated in an exchange program at Chalmers University of Technology, where they studied Management and Economics of Innovation.

In addition to their academic achievements, Patrick Mulder has obtained several certifications. In January 2017, they obtained a Lean Six Sigma Green Belt certification from Van Eekhout Consulting. Later, in June 2021, they received the Professional Scrum Product Owner I (PSPO I) certification from Scrum.org. Most recently, in February 2023, Patrick completed the CM.com Rising Stars Program offered by INSEAD Executive Education.
