Nard Swolfs started their work experience as an Intern at AR Industries in September 2017 and stayed until February 2018. From May 2017 to April 2019, they worked as an ICT Service Provider at Studentaanhuis. Nard then joined TMC as a Graduation Intern from January 2019 to June 2019. In 2019, they also worked as a Software Engineer at VIA Traffic Solutions Software from October to March, and as a .NET Developer at Team Rockstars IT from September to April 2020. Currently, they are employed as a Software Engineer at CM.com starting May 2020.

Nard Swolfs attended Avans University of Applied Sciences from 2015 to 2019, where they studied Applied Computer Science. No degree name was provided for this period of education.
