Morgan Perpall is an experienced engineer currently holding the position of Engineer III at Fairfax County Government since March 2019, and also serves as a Senior Engineering Inspector. In addition, Morgan has been the JMHS Head Gymnastics Coach for Fairfax County Public Schools since October 2014 and has worked as a waitress at Clyde's Restaurant Group since May 2012. Prior experience includes serving as a Project Manager and Laboratory Manager at Soil Consultants Engineering from August 2014 to March 2019, where responsibilities included overseeing building projects and laboratory practices. Morgan's educational background includes a Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering Technology from Old Dominion University, an Associate of Science degree from Northern Virginia Community College, study abroad experience at the University of Leeds in Materials Engineering, and an Advanced diploma from Oakton High School.
