Destiny Kibalama is an experienced human resources and recruitment professional with a strong background in various industries. Currently serving as the Director of Recruiting & Human Resources at Clyde's Restaurant Group since November 2021, Destiny previously held the positions of Corporate Manager of Recruiting & Training and HR Generalist/Recruiter at Chesapeake Hospitality from June 2014 to November 2021, focusing on hiring for diverse roles within the hotel industry. Earlier experience includes managing talent acquisition for nonprofit organizations at Nonprofit HR, where Destiny developed recruiting strategies for a wide range of positions, and serving as Human Resources Assistant & Staffing Coordinator at Victory Home Health Care, where effective recruiting techniques were implemented. Destiny began a career in management and sales at Enterprise Rent-A-Car, building a foundation in customer service and sales. Educational qualifications include a Master's in Business Administration from the University of Maryland Global Campus and a Bachelor's in Psychology from Earlham College.
