Charles Ardern serves as Partner and Head of Valuation for North at Cluttons since September 2020. Prior to this role, Charles held the position of Director Valuation and Head of North West Valuations at Avison Young from April 2018 to July 2020. Charles also garnered extensive experience at KNIGHT FRANK LLP, where Charles operated as Partner and Head of North West Valuation from January 2005 to April 2018.
