As the CEO and Founder of Clutch Insights, launched in January 2024, Debbie developed innovative leadership assessments powered by AI. Prior to this, Debbie founded Debbie Ellisen Consulting in June 2022, focusing on building effective organizations through trust and inclusion. Previous roles include serving as CEO and Board Member at TeamSight, where Debbie transitioned the company to a SaaS model, and as Principal Consultant at The Table Group, working with high-profile clients such as Google and PayPal. With a diverse background in sales and consulting, including leadership positions at Vindicia and Azerity, Debbie's expertise is grounded in enhancing organizational health and driving strategic initiatives. Educational achievements include a Bachelor of Arts from the University of California, Berkeley, and an MBA in Organizational Leadership from Santa Clara University.
