Graham Swindells is the current Chief Executive Officer at Cluff Natural Resources Plc. Prior to this, they were a Director at Ernst & Young from February 2009 to December 2012, where they were responsible for various public company transactions including IPOs, acquisitions, disposals, investments and joint ventures. In particular, they had a focus on the natural resources and consumer & leisure sectors. From January 2007 to December 2008, they were a Director at Kaupthing Singer & Friedlander Capital Markets, where they were responsible for corporate finance and M&A transactions on behalf of listed corporate clients. Graham then spent from January 2000 to December 2007 as a Director at Arbuthnot Securities, where they were involved in the origination, structuring and execution of small and mid-cap AIM and Main Market transactions acting as adviser and broker to clients on IPOs, placings, open offers, rights issues, acquisitions, disposals, public to privates and demergers. Their primary focus during this time was on the mining sector. Prior to that, they spent two years as Manager of Corporate Recovery at PricewaterhouseCoopers from April 1998 to April 2000.

Graham Swindells is a Chartered Accountant who graduated from the University of Glasgow with a B.Acc in Accountancy & Economics.
