David Soto has significant experience in financial empowerment and economic stability, currently serving as the Financial Capability Programs Supervisor and previously as the Associate Director of Economic Stability at CLUES since November 2017. In addition, David's role as a Financial Empowerment Coach emphasized support for financial literacy and well-being. David holds an Associate's degree in Graphic Design and Technology from DCTC, which was obtained between 2005 and 2008.
