Matt Horne is an experienced professional in law enforcement and intelligence, currently serving as the Director of Intelligence and Investigations at Clue Software and as a National Security Committee Member with techUK. Horne's prior roles include Deputy Director Investigations, NCA Strategic Firearms Lead, and senior positions within the National Crime Agency from October 2013 to November 2022. Horne also held significant leadership roles in the Serious Organised Crime Agency and Avon and Somerset Police over a span of more than a decade. In terms of education, Horne holds a BSc in Biochemistry from the University of Bristol and has completed various management programs, including a Post Graduate Certificate in Applied Management.
