Raffaele Occhiuzzi started their work experience in 1994 as the Golf Operations Manager at Grandview Inn Resort and Golf Club. Raffaele then served as the Clubhouse Manager at Muskoka Lakes Golf & Country Club from 2000 to 2004. From 2004 to 2014, they worked at Grandview Golf Club - O'Meara Golf Course (ClubLink Corporation), initially as the Food and Beverage Manager and later as the Clubhouse Manager/Food and Beverage Manager. Raffaele then joined Barrie Country Club in 2014, where they held various roles including Clubhouse Manager, Interim General Manager, and General Manager. In 2019, they took a brief break and worked at leisure in Mexico. Raffaele later joined ClubLink in 2019 as the Director of Operations.

Raffaele Occhiuzzi has studied Business Administration at Ryerson Politechnical. Raffaele also pursued Accounting and Economics at York University, specifically at Atkinson College.
