Rich Stock has over 15 years of experience in marketing, communications, and product development. Rich began their career in 2006 as the Sabbatical Officer for Rowing at the University of Oxford, where they developed a commercial strategy and secured the first major partner for the flagship event. Rich then joined British Rowing in 2007 and held various roles, including Head of Communications & Marketing, Head of Commercial, Strategic Review & Change Programme Lead, Head of Insight & Product Development, and Programme Manager. During their time at British Rowing, they secured the renewal of a major sponsor, increased annual revenue from a partnership by 120%, implemented a new organisational design, developed the first organisation-wide business plan, and delivered a national marketing and media campaign. In 2022, Rich Stock began working as a Strategic Marketing Manager at Clubforce®.

Rich Stock obtained a Master's Degree in Biochemistry from the University of Oxford in 2006. In 2013, they completed a Master of Business Administration (M.B.A.) in International Sports Management (part-time) from Loughborough University. In 2017, they earned a Diploma in Sponsorship from the European Sponsorship Association.
