Felipe Damiani has extensive experience in sports management and education, currently serving as Gerente de Programas Esportivos and Coordenador de Projetos Incentivados at Clube de Regatas do Flamengo since April 2015. In this role, Felipe is responsible for the development, execution, and reporting of sports projects related to Olympic disciplines. Additionally, Felipe has worked as a Consultor de Projetos Esportivos for Consultoria Estratégica de Esportes since January 2013, focusing on project development and resource acquisition for sports initiatives. Prior experience includes key positions at the Prefeitura da Cidade do Rio de Janeiro, where Felipe managed data and indicators for sports programs, and as a professor of physical education at Escola Alemã Corcovado. Felipe holds several academic qualifications, including a specialized course in sports management from the Comitê Olímpico do Brasil and a postgraduate degree in Educação Física Escolar from Universidade Gama Filho.
