With prior experience as an F45 Trainer and Studio Manager, Caitlyn has demonstrated expertise in conducting high-intensity workouts and enhancing member engagement. Caitlyn's managerial roles have included optimizing marketing strategies, significantly increasing membership, and fostering a positive community atmosphere. Additional experience includes video editing for various clients at Hayden5, production assistance at NASCAR, and social media management. Caitlyn holds a Bachelor's Degree in English from Clemson University and has participated in specialized training programs.
