Melissa Salas has extensive experience in instructional roles, currently serving as a NRR Reanimatie Instructeur with Nederlandse Reanimatieraad and a Stop de Bloeding Instructeur at VUmc since 2018. Additionally, Melissa has held positions as an Oranje Kruis Instructeur with Het Oranje Kruis and as a coach/instructor with Crash Move since 2015, along with a long-standing role in personnel management at Wylance since 2007. With a background in education including an HBO degree in organizational psychology from NCOI and an MBO in Personnel and Labor from ROC, Melissa is well-equipped in the fields of training and personnel development.
