Fern Castellanos has a diverse work experience in various companies and roles. Starting in 2008, they worked as an Account Manager at Sage Software for over a year. In 2011, they joined Fisher & Paykel Healthcare as a Global Marketing Coordinator and later became a Global Associate Product Manager in the Hospital Division. In 2012, they joined Bayer, where they held several positions including National Account Manager, Brand Manager, Senior Brand Manager, and Marketing Manager for Nutritionals. In 2019, they worked at Pernod Ricard as the Marketing Manager for Champagne & Spirits, and later became the Head of Customer Marketing. From 2021, they joined Nestlé as the Marketing Director, overseeing Brand Marketing, Shopper Marketing, and e-Commerce for various categories. Currently, they are also serving as the President of the NZ Chapter at Club CMO.
Fern Castellanos pursued their education at various institutions. Fern obtained a BA degree in International Business Management from Universidad de las Américas Puebla between 2002 and 2007. In 2004-2005, they acquired a Diploma in Marketing from ESSCA. Later, Fern completed Digital Marketing Training at Circus Street in 2018-2019. Additionally, they received a High School Diploma from Instituto Oriente de Puebla. Fern also has an upcoming certification, "The Complete Skilled Negotiator," from Gap Partnership. Fern attended the Nestlé Leadership Programme offered by London Business School in 2023.
