Louisa Else has a diverse work experience in the field of taxation. Louisa most recently served as the General Manager at Club Capital starting from January 2023. Prior to that, they were employed at Fine Point Consulting, LLC, where they held the positions of Tax Practice Leader from August 2020 to January 2023, and Tax Manager and Controller from July 2019 to July 2020. Before joining Fine Point Consulting, they served as a Senior Tax Analyst at Johnson Controls from May 2017 to July 2019. Louisa also worked at The Hahn Company as a Tax Senior from January 2017 to May 2017 and at BDO as a Tax Senior from July 2013 to December 2016.

Louisa Else has a diverse education history. From 2008 to 2013, they attended Hamline University and obtained two bachelor's degrees. Louisa earned a Bachelor of Arts (BA) in Economics and a Bachelor of Fine Arts (BFA) in Creative Writing. In 2010, Louisa briefly studied at Universität Trier, focusing on Economics. In 2011, they attended Cologne Business School to explore Economics and Policies of the EU. Additionally, in May 2015, Louisa obtained a certification as a Certified Public Accountant from the Alaska Board of Accountancy.
