Kanzeda Crenshaw has extensive experience in project management and strategic oversight within the automotive assistance industry, currently serving as the Director of the Project Management Office at Club Assist since October 2006. In this role, Kanzeda has successfully advanced the maturity of the PMO from Level 1 to Level 2 and is leading efforts to achieve Level 3 by developing critical training resources and institutionalizing processes. Previous roles at Club Assist include PMO Manager and Project Manager, where Kanzeda focused on organizational development and project alignment with executive objectives. Additionally, Kanzeda contributes as a consultant through Gefjons Gifts, providing strategic guidance to values-based organizations. A solid foundation in customer service and operations management was established through experience at Quartermaster and Wyndham Central Reservations, complemented by a degree from Oklahoma State University.
