Matt Palmer

Director Of Application Security at CLS Group

Matt Palmer has a strong background in security architecture and consultancy. Matt has experience working in various roles for different companies. In 2011, they worked as a Security Architect at Smart Technology Solutions Limited, where they focused on designing secure systems. From 2011 to 2013, they were a Steering Committee Member for the Trustworthy Software Initiative, providing input and reviewing policies and work packages. In 2013, they became the Director of Nishihata Palmer Ltd. and led the company's operations. In the following years, they held multiple roles, such as Security Solutions Architect at Glue Reply, where they were responsible for the ePOS project at Sainsbury's, and Cyber Security Consultant at QinetiQ. Matt was also a Security Architect at Qredo, where they designed security and privacy protocols for a software start-up. Furthermore, they have experience as a Security Manager at Maersk Line, a Senior Security Designer at G-Research, and a Security Consultant at Perfect Ward. Currently, they are a Senior Security Architect at CLS Group.

Matt Palmer's education history begins in 2003 when they enrolled at Royal Holloway, University of London. Matt pursued a Master of Science degree in Information Security and completed their studies in 2007. In 2012, Matt took a course on Cryptography through Coursera.

Additionally, they completed a course on Cryptography I through Coursera in October 2012.
