Ilya Lyubarsky began their work experience in 1988 as an Engineer at IBM Corporation. Ilya then worked as a Consultant at TCAM Systems from 1993 to 1996, and later as a Consultant at Bayer Corporation from 1996 to 1997. In 1997, they joined Bankers Trust as a Consultant until 1999. From 1998 to 2003, they served as a Partner at Harbor Systems. In 1999, they became a Vice President at CSFB, where they stayed until 2003. Ilya then joined Credit Suisse as a Consultant from 1999 to 2003, and later as a Vice President from 2003 to 2013. Since 2013, they have been associated with CLS Group., initially serving as a Director and currently as the Head of Enterprise Architecture.

Ilya Lyubarsky attended the New York University - Polytechnic School of Engineering from 1982 to 1987, pursuing a Master of Science degree in Electrical Engineering.
