Courtenay Tom currently serves as Facilities Manager at CLS Holdings plc, a position held since November 2022. Prior to this, Courtenay held various roles in facilities management, including Senior Facilities Manager for the Centuria Portfolio at Bayleys Real Estate from May 2021 to July 2022, and Intermediate Facilities Manager at Colliers International from May 2018 to May 2021, managing a diverse portfolio of commercial and retail assets. Earlier experience includes working as Facilities Manager and Facilities Coordinator at CBRE from April 2017 to May 2018. Courtenay holds a Bachelor of Commerce and Bachelor of Property degree from The University of Auckland, completed in 2017, focusing on Commercial Law and International Business.
