Cathy Chang is an experienced professional in the field of operations and merchant services, currently serving as AVP and Director of Operations at CLPS Global since August 2019, after progressively advancing from Operations Manager to Assistant Manager. Prior to this, Cathy held the position of Officer in the Card and Merchant Servicing Department at DBS Bank from July 2018 to August 2019, where responsibilities included preparing merchant account set-ups and reviewing documents for account openings. Additionally, Cathy worked as an Assistant Officer at AEON Credit Service (Asia) Co., Ltd. from July 2016 to March 2018, focusing on maintaining merchant accounts and recruiting new merchants. Cathy holds a Bachelor of Arts in Business from The Hong Kong Polytechnic University and attended Heep Yunn School.
