Sam Wong is a Senior Manager at CLP since October 2015, specializing in mergers and acquisitions, project finance, corporate restructuring, and financial modeling. Key responsibilities include preparing financial models for M&A and greenfield projects, conducting strategic reviews, supporting commercial negotiations, implementing corporate governance guidelines, and compiling industry analysis reports across various geographies, including Hong Kong, China, India, Taiwan, and Southeast Asia. Prior to CLP, Sam held a Senior Associate position at Quam Capital Limited, focusing on cross-border mid-market deals and investment banking, and also worked as a Senior Associate at BDO Limited and an Accountant at KPMG. Sam holds a BSc in Mathematics from The Chinese University of Hong Kong and a Master's degree in Corporate Finance from The Hong Kong Polytechnic University.
