Keith Chun-kit Leung is a seasoned professional in electrical engineering with extensive experience in advanced metering infrastructure and asset development, currently holding multiple senior management roles at 香港中華電力有限公司 since April 2010. Responsibilities include overseeing the condition of over 17,000 distribution transformers and 480 transmission transformers, supervising a team of tradesmen and a chemist, and managing substantial capital and operating budgets. In addition to engineering roles, Keith has contributed to academia as a lecturer at 澳洲墨爾本皇家理工大學 since 2016. Previous experience also includes serving as a design engineer at Waukesha Electric Systems, focusing on transformer design and development. Keith holds a Master’s and Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering from North Carolina State University, earned between 2004 and 2009.
