Mohit Verma has a diverse work experience in the field of recruitment and IT services. Mohit started their career at Cyient in 2016 as a Software Test Analyst and worked there for two years. In 2018, they joined PeopleNTech, LLC as an IT recruiter and stayed with the company for a year and a half. In 2019, they joined SysMind LLC as a Technical Recruiter for a few months before moving on to Smart IT Frame LLC in 2020 as a Senior Technical Recruiter. Mohit worked at Smart IT Frame LLC for a year and a half before joining Clovity in 2021 as a Senior Technical Recruiter. Mohit's experience includes working with Fortune 500 companies and public sector organizations in areas such as IoT, digital transformation, cloud, and data.

Mohit Verma completed their Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science from MS college, where they studied from 2010 to 2013. Following this, they pursued an MBA in Information Technology from Sikkim Manipal University - Distance Education from 2013 to 2015.
