Frank Failoni is an experienced sales leader in the oncology field, currently serving as Division Manager at Seattle Genetics since May 2019, and holding a similar position at Clovis Oncology since June 2015. With a strong background in sales management, Frank has been a Senior District Sales Manager at Eisai Oncology since February 2009, where responsibilities include coaching and leading a team of eight sales professionals specializing in breast cancer therapy, lymphoma, and supportive care. Previously, Frank was a District Manager at Amgen from 1996 to January 2009, recognized as Coach of the Year in 2008 and achieving the Team Excellence Award in 2006-2007. Frank's career began as a Professional Sales Representative with Bayer Allergy/Hollister Steir Pharmaceuticals from 1992 to 1996. Frank holds a Bachelor of Science in Business from Missouri State University and completed general college preparatory education at De Smet Jesuit High School.
