Sarah Rende has held various positions in different organizations since 2013. Sarah started as a Constituent Services worker at the New York State Assembly and worked as a Junior Programme Officer at the Anti-Personnel Mine Ban Convention Implementation Support Unit in 2013. Sarah then became a legislative affairs and grants intern for the United States Senator Charles E. Schumer in 2014. In 2015, they worked as an Organizer and Talent Associate for Hillary for America. After that, they joined General Assembly as the Social Impact Program Manager in 2017, and later on, became the Government Programs Specialist.

In 2019, Rende worked as a Manager for M&A Integration and Separation at American Express. In 2020, they became the Chief of Staff at Amex Ventures. Sarah then moved to Dispatch Goods as the Head of New Markets & GM, East Coast in 2022. Presently, Rende is the Head of Business Operations for Cloverly.

From 2011 to 2015, Sarah Rende attended Colgate University where they earned a Bachelor of Arts degree with a focus in Political Science.
