Owen Bell is a System Controller at Cloverland Electric Cooperative since October 2022 and also the Owner of Bell Construction since January 2001. Previously, Owen worked as a Repairman at Cloverland Electric Cooperative. Owen holds a Bachelor of Education degree from Northern Michigan University.
