Robin Farrar-Hockley (MCIPD) is an accomplished HR professional with extensive experience in various sectors, including Financial Services, Medical Technology, and Telecoms, since 2005. Currently serving as HR Director and Owner at FHR Solutions, Robin specializes in TUPE and change management projects, providing high-level HR support to clients through multiple consulting roles. Notable recent projects include HR consultancy for collective redundancy programmes at Shell Energy and support for the TUPE process at Octopus Energy.
