Ray Zhang has a diverse work experience in the field of human resources. Ray currently holds the position of HR Director at Sanyuan Herbal Medicine. Prior to that, they served as an HR Director at Alfa Laval China from 2015 to 2021. Before that, they worked as a Senior HR Manager at both Philips China and Philips Lighting. Ray started their career as an HR Supervisor at Polaroid Of Shanghai Ltd. and also worked at Shanghai Knitting Group as an Import and Export professional.

Ray Zhang obtained their Master's Degree in Business Administration (MBA) from the Antai College of Economics & Management at Shanghai Jiao Tong University. Ray completed their studies from 2005 to 2007.
