Betsy Reed has had a varied career, with roles in business development, sales, and consulting. Betsy founded Reed Consulting in 2017 and has also worked for companies such as Copious, Drive, and McClenahan Bruer. Betsy joined CloudWerx in 2020 as the Co-Founder and Vice President. Betsy has also taken on leadership positions in personal development programs, such as Project OTY. Betsy has a passion for creating strong business relationships and helping solve problems through networking and connections.

Betsy Reed attended the University of Oregon from 2005 to 2009, where they earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Journalism & Communication with a focus in Advertising. During this time, they also obtained a Bachelor of Applied Science degree in Journalism & Communication Advertising with a specialization in Account Management. In 2013, they received a certification from the National Academy of Sports Medicine (NASM) for Certified Personal Trainer (CPT).
